A personalised treatment
Reflexology is unique for every person
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that reflex areas in the feet and hands correspond with organs, glands and structures in the body.
Using specialised thumb and finger walking and pressure techniques, every treatment is tailored around the client, their expectations and the practitioner’s findings. Many clients seek reflexology for relaxation and general wellbeing, particularly during periods of stress or anxiety.
Every single person is unique, so I tailor each treatment around my client, their expectations and my findings.
